Bangkok Airways Children Flying Alone Policy

Young travelers who are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian are classified as Unaccompanied Minors. Similar to many other airlines, Bangkok Airways offers a service designed to assist these children from their departure point to their final destination.

Children aged between 2 and 12 are eligible for the Unaccompanied Minor Service. However, the decision to accept unaccompanied minors is at the discretion of Bangkok Airways. For more details, please contact the airline directly.

Unless a child is enrolled in the Unaccompanied Minor Service, all children aged 12 and under must travel with an adult. Airlines may request documented proof of a child's age.

To arrange Unaccompanied Minor Service, please call Bangkok Airways Reservations. Additionally, you will need to visit a Bangkok Airways office in person to complete a form providing information about the parent or guardian responsible for dropping off and picking up the child upon arrival.

For further information regarding Unaccompanied Minors, please reach out to Bangkok Airways Call Center at 1771 (within Thailand) or +66 (0) 2270 6699.
