Passengers traveling with Nok Air can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:

Check-in Information

Web Check-in

Nok Air Online Web Check-in is accessible between 24 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled departure time. The web check-in service can be initiated 30 minutes after completing your reservation.

This service is unavailable for passengers with special requirements or requests (such as elderly passengers needing wheelchairs, pregnant women, passengers with newborn children, unaccompanied minors, sick or disabled passengers, or monks).

Nok Air Online Web Check-in is not available for international flights.

Mobile Check-in (Nok Air Mobile Application required)

Nok Air Mobile Check-in service is available from 24 hours up to 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The Nok Air application is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. Alternatively, you can access the mobile website (m.nokair.com) to check-in using other compatible mobile devices.

With Mobile Check-in, you can receive your boarding pass in under two minutes and utilize your phone as a boarding pass to access the gate.

Nok Air Mobile Check-in is not available for international flights.

Airport Counters Check-in

For Domestic Flights:

The check-in counter opens 2 hours before departure and closes 45 minutes before departure. Passengers should be at the boarding gate 40 minutes before departure, with the gate closing 10 minutes before departure.

For International Flights:

- Don Mueang International Airport (Bangkok): The check-in counter opens 3 hours before departure and closes 1 hour before departure.
- Yangon International Airport (Yangon): The check-in counter opens 2 hours before departure and closes 45 minutes before departure.
- Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City): The check-in counter opens 3 hours before departure and closes 50 minutes before departure.

Passengers must present their booking number and identification card for domestic flights, or passport for international flights, at the check-in counter.
