Passengers traveling with Thai Vietjet Air are welcome to bring:

Baggage Allowance

Carry-on Baggage

According to the baggage regulations of Thai Vietjet Air, each passenger, excluding infants under 2 years old, is permitted to carry one handbag and one small handbag, with a combined weight not exceeding 7 kg. The dimensions of the carry-on items should not exceed 56cm × 36cm × 23 cm. It's important to note that only hand carry baggage with the Vietjet tag will be allowed on board the aircraft.

Checked Baggage Allowance

VietJet Air ticket fares do not include a checked baggage allowance. A fee is applicable for the carriage of checked baggage.

Normal Checked Baggage

Each piece of checked baggage must not exceed 32 kg in weight and should adhere to the dimensions of 119cm × 119cm × 81cm.

Passengers can pre-book checked baggage service through the Vietjet Air website, booking offices, agencies, or the VietJet Call Center. Please be aware that fees for checked baggage will be higher at the airport.

Oversized Checked Baggage

Baggage exceeding the weight or dimensions mentioned above is considered oversized checked baggage.

Notes:

- Passengers who pre-book the Oversized baggage package are permitted to check-in baggage with a total weight corresponding to the purchased package, including one oversized piece per passenger per flight. Any remaining allowance from the package can still be utilized for checking in normal baggage.

- Additional oversized pieces will incur an extra handling service fee at the airport, charged at a higher rate. Each passenger is allowed a maximum of two oversized pieces per flight, but this may be subject to change based on actual operations at the airport. Passengers must ensure they purchase sufficient checked baggage allowance eligible for the Oversized baggage service.

- Passengers who have already purchased a Checked baggage package can still add an Oversized baggage package or purchase additional Oversized baggage service at the airport.
