Thai Vietjet Air Check-in Information
Passengers traveling with Thai Vietjet Air can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:
Online / Mobile App Check-in
Online check-in is a convenient service provided by VietJet Air, allowing
passengers to check in for their flights using any internet-enabled device by
accessing the VietJet Air website. Through online check-in, passengers can
select available seats and access other services independently. This service is
available to passengers with valid tickets and confirmed bookings.
Passengers who choose to self-check-in using the VietJet Air mobile application
can use their mobile device as a boarding pass, eliminating the need for a
printed boarding pass.
Online check-in and mobile application check-in are available from 24 hours up
to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time. Passengers must ensure they are
present at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before departure, as the
boarding gate will close 15 minutes prior to departure.
Please Note:
At present, online check-in is applicable only for domestic flights departing
from Tan Son Nhat, Noi Bai, and Da Nang airports.
Airport Counter Check-in
Passengers must present their e-ticket or booking code when checking in at the
airport.
To ensure punctuality, passengers are required to be present at the boarding
gate at least 30 minutes before departure. The boarding gate will close 15
minutes prior to departure. VietJet Air bears no responsibility for delays
caused by late arrival.
