Vietjet Air does not offer unaccompanied minors services for children aged from 2 years to under 12 years traveling alone.

Unaccompanied Minors Information

Passengers aged from 12 years to under 14 years traveling alone (YPTA) are accepted under certain conditions:

- YPTA are only accepted for domestic flights.
- Requests for YPTA carriage must be made at least 24 hours before departure via VietJet ticketing offices or the Call Center.
- Parents or guardians must complete the Registration for Young Passenger Travel Alone form and sign the waiver of responsibility form.
- YPTA must have someone to accompany them at both the departure and arrival terminals.
