Passengers traveling with Thai Airways can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:

Check-in Information

General Check-in Information

Passengers are strongly advised to complete the check-in process at the airport no later than 1 hour before domestic departure and 2 hours before international departure. However, arriving at the airport earlier than the suggested time is highly recommended.

Online Check-in

You have the option to check in online for your flights anytime between 24 and 2 hours prior to departure. Online check-in is also available at Thai/Thai Smile Check-in Stations. Visit the Thai Airways official website to access the online check-in features.

Kiosk Check-in

The Kiosk check-in is a self-service facility accessible at select airports, including Bangkok, Frankfurt, Copenhagen, London (Heathrow), and Tokyo (Narita). With this service, you can:

- Select seats up to 12 hours before your flight
- Conveniently drop off your bags at designated Bag-Drop Counters (Operating hours may vary at different airports)

Mobile Check-in (Thai Airways Mobile Application required)

For departures from Bangkok to all destinations, you have the option to print your boarding pass at home (Home Print Boarding Pass), receive a Mobile Boarding Pass, or obtain a Passbook Boarding Pass (for iOS users) after completing the check-in process and providing the necessary travel documents.

If you're departing from stations outside Thailand where Advance Passenger Information is not required and you have the appropriate travel documents, you can print a Home Print Boarding Pass on A4-sized paper.

Counter Check-in

For international travel, Thai Airways advises passengers to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before their flight. Boarding typically closes 30 minutes prior to departure.

Passengers traveling internationally should be present at the gate 45 minutes before departure.
