Check-in Information

Online Web Check-in

Enjoy the convenience and ease of online check-in for THAI Smile operated flights. Check-in can be made from 24 to 2 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure. Online Web Check-in cannot be used for those requiring special needs such as wheelchairs, medical attention, or children traveling alone.

Airport Counters Check-in

THAI Smile check-in counter at Suvarnabhumi Airport is located at:

Domestic Flight

- Smile Plus: check-in at counter B5-B6
- Smile Class: check-in at counter C11-C18
- Internet Check-in: check-in at C9-C10

International Flight

- Smile Plus: check-in at counter D3-D4
- Smile Class: check-in at counter D5-D7
- Internet Check-in: check-in at counter D8
- Group Check-in: check-in at counter D9-D11

For regional flights, counter check-in will open 3 hours prior to the scheduled flight and close 60 minutes prior to the scheduled flight. The gate will close 10 minutes prior to departure.

For domestic flights, counter check-in will open 2 hours prior to the scheduled flight and close 45 minutes prior to the scheduled flight. The gate will close 10 minutes prior to departure.

Please spare extra time for your trip to the airport as traffic may take longer than usual during rush hours.

For international flights, you need a passport with a visa (if your destination country requires a visa for entry), as well as reservation documents or the reservation code.

For domestic flights, you need an identification card or any identification document with a picture on it such as a passport or government-issued identification card, as well as reservation documents or the reservation code.
