Thai Lion Mentari Co. Ltd, known as Thai Lion Air, is a budget airline operating in Thailand. It functions as an associate company of Lion Air, an Indonesian airline, in collaboration with Thai partners.
The airline operates primarily from Don Mueang International Airport in Bangkok, with intentions to expand its services to include domestic and international flights from various other cities across Thailand. Its headquarters are located in the Don Mueang District of Bangkok.

Thai Lion Air commenced its operations with its inaugural flight taking place on December 4, 2013, servicing the Bangkok to Chiang Mai route. Full services were initiated the following day. On December 10, 2013, Thai Lion Air finalized an agreement with fellow Lion Air subsidiary, Batik Air Malaysia, enabling both carriers to operate flights between Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok.
The Lion Air Passport Club serves as Thai Lion Air's frequent flyer program.
Members accrue points for each flight, which can later be redeemed for
complimentary flights and other exclusive rewards and privileges.
